Ok, so maybe I didn't fall in love with the entire collection, like I did with his previous one, but Shaun Samson hit the nail on the head with these looks from his spring/summer 2013 runway. The sequin shirts and accents, the studded sandals, the see-through touch. Amazing! These are the kinds of refreshing touches menswear is so in need of. ♥ The Boyfriend

CASTRO Spring/Summer 2012 - Backstage

The Boyfriend was granted exclusive backstage access at the CASTRO spring/summer 2012 fashion show. I've never seen so many abdominal muscles at one time, in one place, up close! The energy was amazing among the models, stylists and production staff. CASTRO did not compromise and made sure to hire the best of the Israeli male model menu. It was impressive to watch Miki Boganim's amazing hair & makeup people style the already gorgeous models with flattened, combed hair and darkened eyes, which made for distinctly ethnic, masculine, period look. Perfection. ♥ The Boyfriend

לבויפרנד ניתנה גישה בלעדית מאחורי הקלעים של תצוגת האופנה אביב/קיץ 2012 של קסטרו. בחיים לא ראיתי כל כך הרבה ריבועים (בבטן כמובן) בו זמנית, באותו מקום, כל כך מקרוב! האנרגיות בקרב הדוגמנים, סטייליסטים, ואנשי הפקה היו מדהימות. קסטרו לא התקמצנה ודאגה לשכור את מיטב דוגמני ארץ-ישראל. מאד התרשמתי מהעבודה של צוות האיפור והשיער של מיקי בוגנים, שהנפיק לדוגמנים לוק אתני ותקופתי ע"י עיניים מושחרות ושיער חלק ומסורק. פשוט מושלם. ♥ הבויפרנד
